ABOUT THE TECHNICIAN:

At a very young age, John Ferrara developed an almost obsessive interest in computers. While still in high school, he worked at Gateway Computers in South Dakota assembling and testing computers and components. It wasn’t long before he expanded on his knowledge and experience working in major electronics outlets like CompUSA and most recently providing computer repairs in Sioux City at Best Buy. In addition, he has earned recognition as an A+ and Network+ certified technician through CompTia and Western Iowa Tech.

Today, with over eight years of experience with computer repairs in Sioux City, Florida and New Orleans, he has become acutely aware of the many frustrations that customers often face when in need of computer repair service.
